Ever since the brutal attack that claimed the lives of five of our people and destroyed our property, I have been forced to urge my community to remain vigilant. The truth is painful — the police have not been able to protect us, leaving IDO Ayegunle vulnerable.
It is clear that Esa-Oke does not want to see IDO Ayegunle grow. Time and again, they burn our buildings, destroy our projects, and harass our workers to drive away those who would help us develop.
Worse still, they spread lies about us. It is shameful that their chiefs and elders — who should be guardians of truth and peace — are instead spreading falsehoods that put innocent lives at risk.
But hear me clearly: we will not give up. IDO Ayegunle deserves peace, safety, and the chance to prosper.

I call on the government, security agencies, and all well-meaning Nigerians:
- Protect the lives of our people.
- Stop the destruction of our community.
- Allow IDO Ayegunle to develop in peace.
